Positions We Commonly Hire
Positions We’re Currently Hiring

Direct Support Professional (DSP): Provides hands-on care, assists with daily activities, and encourages independence. (CNA or PCA experience preferred)

Program Assistant (Future Role): Supports staff and daily operations under the Administrator
​

Facility Support (Future Role): Maintains cleanliness and safety within the program facility. This position will help ensure all areas are organized, sanitized, and welcoming for staff and clients.
​
All DSPs work directly with clients in our day program, Monday–Friday (no weekends or overnights).
​​

​
Experience in healthcare, behavioral support, or caregiving is helpful but not required. Training is provided.
